Handover to On-going support, Process Manager

Description

Provide regular training and coaching to those using the process or systems where necessary. This training is on-going since development plans will be extending people's skills, knowledge and experience.  A training plan and guide provide information about these on-going activities.

Record corrective actions against the process and action as agreed.

Evaluate similar processes in either other departments or other companies. Benchmarking provides an indication of whether the goals and targets for the process should be adjusted.

Updates to the documents are issued and feedback to the users of the process. Consider continuing to hold process team meetings with the original team that developed the process.

When there are many changes to make to a process, a decision to create a new version can be made. The new version will typically begin the process again. This time, this process should be faster and more focused on business results as the new process is implemented.
